      While we strive to accommodate all order sizes, our minimum order quantity for international shipments is 10 tons. Flexible options may be available for new clients or trial orders.

      Standard products typically have a lead time of 1 weeks, while custom orders may require 1-2 weeks depending on complexity and quantity.

      We accept various payment methods, including T/T, L/C, and others. Specific terms can be discussed based on order size and customer requirements.

      Yes, we specialize in developing custom zinc alloy formulations to meet specific customer requirements, such as enhanced strength, corrosion resistance, or other properties.    

    • What are the standard specifications for your zinc alloy ingots?

      Our zinc alloy ingots meet the standards of China(GB/T 8738-2014), the United States and the European Union standards such as ASTM B240 and EN1774, Comply with ROHS, EN71Part3, EN1811, CPSIA and other requirements.  

    • What types of zinc alloy ingots do you offer?

      We offer a range of zinc alloys including Zamak series (e.g., Zamak 3, 5, 7), ZA series (e.g., ZA-8, ZA-12, ZA-27), and custom formulations such as high-strength, high-fluidity, or specialized alloys for specific applications.
